Raven Service

We at Farmtronics are proud to announce that we have recently become the Authorized Service Center for Raven Canada. 

A completed Return Materials Authorization Form and Raven-provided RMA number must accompany all returned products.  Raven dealers can go to Raven's Back Office to access Raven's RMA form.  

When documenting the reason for the return, please describe the problem in full. If the description is not understandable, for example “this product doesn’t work” then the technician may need to make contact for further details or spend additional time troubleshooting. The repair could incur additional cost for time spent diagnosing. 

When sending a product or part for repair, ensure the Proper Cleaning and Chemical Identification process, is followed. Contaminated items will be returned, with no action taken.

Our goal is to repair your product correctly the first time. If the technician cannot find or duplicate a failure with the item, your product will be cleaned, updated (software and hardware, when applicable) and returned. Many times another component in your system will be at fault. Please note on the Return Material Authorization Form if you do not want software updated on items sent for repair.
