Dakato Alert 4000 Metal Alert Driveway Probe with Transmitter

The Dakota Alert 4000 driveway alarms have an incredible wireless range of up to 1 mile line of sight. This alarm system will detect vehicles entering your driveway. The alarm will send a wireless signal up to 1 mile back to the duty cycle receiver (DCR-4000). The duty cycle probe alert system will only detect moving metal so you will never have false alarm signals from large animals, dogs etc.

The vehicle sensor probe will detect vehicles up to 1092 away from the probe. If your driveway is one car width wide you can bury the probe beside the driveway; however, if your driveway is two or more car widths wide, we recommend burying the probe in the middle of the driveway. If this is impossible bury two probes,97one on each side of the driveway. The Dakota Alert DCPT-4000 uses 4 CR123A batteries (included). The batteries should last approximately 12 months depending on uses, climate etc.. You will receive a low-battery warning when the batteries are getting low. When the receiver gets a signal from the transmitter, one of twelve different tones will sound for a few seconds. There is also a volume control allowing you to set the sound to the desired level. It supports up to 16 sensors on 4 zones, including infrared beam sensors and metal alert sensors. It does not have relay or 12VDC output.
