Digital Ratio Converter
This digital pulse ratio converter scales an incoming frequency by a fixed ratio. It is intended for functions such as speedometer or tachometer adjustment. Accepts pulses of a minimum amplitude 0.8V. Produces 4V bipolar or unipolar output pulses. Programmed by a bank of 8 DIP switches and a removable jumper for selecting a high or low range.
